Services Available: • Physical Exams • Immunizations (COVID-19, Flu & General Vaccines) • School Entry Exams (PK, TK, K) • Sick Visits Important for Families: Walk-ins welcome – no appointment needed Forms are available online in English, Spanish, Russian, and Dari.
